CopsVoip’s GP6347 is a highly integrated System on Chip (SoC) focused on cost, space and power savings for single family unit (SFU) ONTs offering multiple voice and data port configurations. The integrated VoIP DSP provides standardized voice and fax encoding with echo cancellation and connects directly up to 4 Subscriber Line Interface Circuits (SLICs). The GP6347 has a number of data port configuration options from 2 gigabit Ethernet (GbE) ports to 1 GbE with 4 switched fast Ethernet (FE) ports. Its embedded field proven GPON MAC has achieved interoperability with ITU-T G.984 compliant Optical Line Terminals (OLTs). The embedded MIPS32 CPU provides a powerful and widely used control platform and the microcode based PON Runner network processor provides the data path performance necessary for packet service classification, filtering, reassembly and bridging for VoIP and IPTV. Along with GPONmaker software, designers can realize quick and low-risk time to market for ITU-T G.984 compliant ONT equipment.
